• Recruitment, selection, and promotion of staff and freelancers will be based on merit, skills,
and experience.
• We are committed to ensuring diversity in our teaching and creative team.
• All staff and freelancers will be made aware of this policy as part of their induction.
5. Inclusive Practice in Training
• We will make reasonable adjustments to ensure children and young people with additional
needs or disabilities can participate fully.

• We will challenge inappropriate language, behaviour, or attitudes immediately.
6. Reporting Concerns

directors or safeguarding lead.

• Confidentiality will be maintained where appropriate.
